Shipping Questions

Where do you ship from?

We fulfill all of our orders in our locations in the USA. Your order will either ship from Texas or Alabama.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Orders are usually processed in 1-3 days, and shipping usually takes between 7 and 14 days.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will usually take between 2-5 business days. Be sure to enter your email address to receive it.

What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only able to ship within the U.S.

I have received a delivery confirmation, but I don't have the parcel.

Please double-check with your neighbors and people you share home with, maybe someone has collected if for you. Alternatively please contact your local post office / courier to find the package.

If I order multiple items, will they arrive in 1 package?

Yes! We package everything by hand, and unless your order is very large, you will receive one box containing all your kits.

I made a mistake on my shipping address...

Please email us, and we'll make the correction.

General Questions

I'd like to order multiple sets for my business, can I get a special discount?

Yes definitely! Please contact us. Depending on the quantity we can get a special quote for you for a bulk or reoccuring order.

Which currency will I be charged in?

U.S. Dollars

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. If you'd like to make a bulk order, we may also accept wire transfers or other bank payment methods. Please contact us for these options.

Is checkout on this site safe and secure?

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform as do millions of other websites around the world. Its been proven to be a safe checkout system and Easy Paint by Numbers does not have access to and does not store any credit card information.

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

We do not sell our customers' information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. You can opt out of these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Contact us to make a return or exchange.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However we aim to please, so please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we can try to make it right.


I received a damaged, incorrect, or missing product.

Please accept our apologies! Damaged, missing or incorrect items will be replaced with the correct items shipped to you. Please contact us to get a new item. Please note If damaged or incorrect, you may be asked to include a photo of the defective product.

I don’t like my item, can I return it?

We're sorry the item did not live up to your expectation. Please contact us and we can try to make it right by offering you some options.
